perfect place to witness your vows.
Exchange them beneath candlelit vaults, surrounded by nine hundred
years of Gascon stone, before stepping out through the Gothic arch of

Our In-House Chef, Olivia
From intimate dinners to full wedding feasts, Olivia handles all catering at the estate, working closely with couples to design their menus and bring their vision to life. She is also available as a private chef throughout your stay.
Tastings can be arranged in London or at Lisse, with wine pairings from our own estate.
Olivia founded a catering and events company in London before returning to her roots in Gascony with her young family. Together with her team on the ground, she brings the best of local, seasonal Gascon ingredients to the table with the understated elegance that defines her cooking.
